Comfortable and perfect location, clean hotel, warm rooms. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Location so close to lake Como, La Collina, and Italy. Also, in the middle of jackson.

The friendliness of the staff....arrived almost two hours late and receptionist stayed on waiting for us. Also, she was very helpful in setting the right itinerary for the day.

Lovely small hotel where the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. the best place to stay around here! 😊

The hotel of choice in Casnate Con Bernate. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. The rooms with a balcony. Quiet location in the middle of jackson, and only about 10 minutes' walk to Casnate Con Bernate centre.

the room was nice and had airconditioning a rare luxury in italien hotels ,not to mentin a 2 star one.the hotel is easy to find due to signs at crossroads leading to the hotel from the ss36.there is a tv guarded and looked parking.the hotel is in a quiet location.if you donot mind the poor breakfast it is a perrfact value for money

the breakfast is very,very poor-hot drinks from a machine,one kind of bread,butter and gem,a cake and that all.the breakfast is served in a small,only 6 sits.breakfast room.

Ideal for a one night stay when travelling from Northern Europe to Italy : relatively cheap, clean, very calm, nice surroundings, friendly, safe parking.

We had a great stay at this hotel. the facilities were really clean and as-new, and the room was spacious. the surroundings were beautiful, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We were also pleased to find free parking and fast wifi, which was important for our business needs.

We felt well taken care of during our stay and had no complaints at all.

Clean, spacious rooms. Comfortable. Sympathetic and capable staff. Very reasonable price without surprises. Good parking opportunity. Simple but agreable restaurants in the neighboorhood. Nice little terrace for breakfast. We were very satisfied with this hotel.

Just a minor drawback, depending on expectations : breakfast is rather limited in choice, especially for people with specific preferences, whatever the reason. In general good value for money though. Limited space for breakfast could be problematic if guests want their breakfast at the same moment.

The room was quite large. The bathroom and all facilities in it were also very satisfactory. They have a good parking on the property which is gated and secure. There was a good internet connection.

Long way from the A9 if you just want an overnight stop. Not welcoming at all - nobody around, hiding in the back somewhere. Very narrow beds. The breakfast was appalling: coffee from a machine with compulsory sugar, a poor selection of bread and cake in plastic wrappers, plastic 'juice', and nothing else.
